🛠️ What is a HouseCall?

A HouseCall ($84) covers technician travel and a visual system evaluation.

  • Obvious issues: You receive a repair quote on-site.
  • Non-obvious issues: A diagnostic fee applies:
    • Standard Diagnostic: $96
    • Emergency Diagnostic: $144
  • Includes advanced testing with the MeasureQuick AI System Profiler.

Note: HouseCall fees—standard or emergency—are never waived for non-members.

⚠️ What qualifies as an Emergency HouseCall?

An Emergency HouseCall ($192) applies when all of the following are true:

  • The home has only one HVAC system
  • Outdoor temperatures are above 90°F or below 40°F
  • A vulnerable person is present (infant, elderly, or medically sensitive)

We want to help everyone who needs us—but we also deeply respect and protect our employees' personal time with their families. Emergency visits for non-members are limited to ensure this balance.

Non-members may still request emergency visits outside of operating hours, but these are accepted on a voluntary basis depending on technician availability. Full pricing applies.

Ai-R Care Members are eligible for emergency service at any time.

🕒 How long do appointments take?

Appointments are booked with a 2-hour arrival window. Most issues are diagnosed and resolved during the visit.

💳 Do I pay when I book?

Yes. All services must be prepaid to reserve your appointment.

If you approve a same-day repair, your $84 HouseCall fee will be credited toward the total invoice—only if you sign up for a membership during the visit.

🗓️ How do I schedule my membership inspection?

Select the appropriate Ai-R Care Membership when booking. If you're already a member, inspections and diagnostics are included.

Yes. Use the link in your confirmation email/text, or call us at (843) 532-2897. You can also text (843) 944-6864. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when possible.
